Expert Tip

Matcha powder- Use high-quality matcha powder. Go for ceremonial grade matcha that's bright green, dull green likely won't taste very good.

Ice- Use small ice cubes so you don't get huge amounts of water in your latte when they melt.

Milk- Use soy milk or oat milk for matcha, but any type including almond milk works.

Sweetener- Maple syrup, coconut sugar, simple syrup, agave or sugar will work fine. Use as much or as little as you like (I typically use about 1 tsp).

Don't use boiling water to whisk- Use just-boiled (70 to 80 Deg. C)but not boiling, as you can burn the matcha if the water is too hot.
